FAQ
- Do you file with the CPUC for me?
- On the Watch + File plan we prepare your quarterly PUCTRA statement from your trip data and walk you to the certify-and-pay step. You certify and pay; the CPUC requires the carrier to do that personally.
- What counts as one account?
- One CPUC carrier account, the PSG number on your certificate. All of the authorities under it, TCP-A, TCP-B, PSC, are covered together, because that is how the CPUC files fees and insurance. Operators with several PSG numbers add each one to the same login.
- What do you actually watch?
- Your authority status and expiry, every insurance filing the CPUC has on record, your PUCTRA calendar, plus the registration, license, medical card and Clearinghouse dates you give us — and now the CHP 45/90-day inspection clock on each vehicle, CARB Clean Truck Check dates, and your LAX permit renewal.
- Is this legal advice?
- No. We track, prepare and remind. You remain responsible for your filings, and we say so in our engagement letter.
